Bath
Everyone said before going how nice of a place Bath is and so I was really excited to see what it was like, and it was completely different from how I imagined it. Still gorgeous, along with having sunny weather for once, but I didn't expect the houses to be lined up in neat little rows of creams and greys. Its really impressive as you drive from the hills of the countryside and arrive at uopon a city with completely lined up houses all of which are the same color. We started at the Crescent (a curve of houses) and walked past the Circus (a cirlce of houses) past the bridge with stores on it to have a lovely picnic lunch on the canal. Then we went to the Roman baths (with actual steam coming off of the thermal baths) and then had free time to roam the city making me wish the pound wasn't double the dollar as eveything was expensive. The drive home was good times as we started a kareoke session. I decided to sing one of my childhood favorites "Part of that World" since either way they're impressed that its in English and it can't get worse after they all chanted for me to sing some Lac du Bois songs in French ("Le crocodile il est malade"-the crocodile is sick).
